Falkenhausen: CFO
Gotthard
von Falkenhausen is tyntec’s CFO
and heads up the company’s
finance and business analysis
teams. His primary
responsibility is to provide
financial leadership to the
company, its stakeholders and
investors.

Chairman of
the Board: Thomas Volk
As
chairman of the board, Thomas
creates value for tyntec and
their customers by engaging with
the leadership team to support
their efforts for sustainable
growth in the mobile
communications markets around
the world.
As a
long-time executive in the IT
industry, Thomas led global
enterprises and mid-market
companies as CEO and officer in
the US, UK and Germany. He also
formed many company boards, and
served as chairman of the board
for many private
and publicly-listed companies.
Director:
Roland Dennert
Roland is
Managing Partner at Cipio
Partners, a European secondary
direct and growth capital
investment management and
advisory firm. Roland leads
Cipio’s origination activities
while serving on a number of
company boards in Europe and
Israel. He started his private
equity career at 3i Group
investing in technology and
mid-market buyout deals.
Before 3i,
Roland was a strategy consultant
with Roland Berger in Munich and
The Boston Consulting Group in
Paris, as well as a robotics
engineer with Hitachi Ltd. in
Japan. Roland holds an MBA from
MIT’s Sloan School of Management
and a Master of Electrical
Engineering from ETH Lausanne,
Switzerland.

Hans-Dieter Koch
Dr.
Hans-Dieter Koch is a Managing
Partner at Cipio Partners and
serves as a Director to the
firm's Luxembourg entities.
Residing in Munich he leads
the funds’ operations and
investor relations while serving
on a number of boards. He was
CEO of b-business partners BV,
the global growth equity
investment arm of Investor
AB/Wallenberg Group, Stockholm.
Previously, he was CEO of GE
Capital IT Solutions, Europe,
responsible for 7,000 staff and
US$4bn in revenue. Hans-Dieter
assumed that role following the
sale of his company, CompuNet
AG, Europe’s largest IT service
provider, to GE Capital. Prior
to co-founding CompuNet,
Hans-Dieter was with McKinsey,
Deutsche Bank and Matuschka
Group.
He holds
MBA and Ph.D. degrees from
Frankfurt University.
